Mike and Erin Penn,

Welcome to your client page! This will be your hub for surveys, inspiration, timelines, and quotes/payments. It will be updated as things progress with your project.

Below you will find a gallery of images showing your project inspiration and some finishing options for your built-ins. You can use these pictures for reference to explain your likes, dislikes, style, or must-have details!

Big picture: I want to create a piece that you absolutely love, and can be enjoyed for decades to come.

You can find your project quote below.

Thank you both,

Nate

What to Expect When Going Custom

1. Design Consultation: This is your time to share pictures, questions, and ultimately the vision for your custom piece. We will then collaborate on the budget, timeline, and any fine details of your project.

2. Project Estimate: Once the custom project details have been outlined, we will send you a detailed estimate outlining the scope and cost of the job. To secure your spot in the build calendar, 25% of the estimated total cost will be due.

3. Finalize Design: Here we work to finalize your vision and we won’t stop until it is truly discovered. Your client page will be updated with follow up surveys, 3-D (CAD) drawings of your project, and other updates.

4. Build: A payment of 25% shows that you are happy with the design, cost, and are choosing to move forward with your build. Payment will be due 2-4 weeks before your scheduled build date in order to source all the materials.

The build begins, you will be kept in the loop during your project. As we near the end of the build your delivery date is scheduled.

Our goal is to give each project meticulous attention to detail, this is done best with a “one at a time” focus.

5. Project Completion: A small dance party may take place in the shop. Your piece will be delivered on the prearranged delivery date. Together, we will review your piece and have a brief exit consultation. The remainder of the total project cost will be due at this time. (50% + client change orders).

Our work is built to last, and we are always available for maintenance and care.
